Every frame is made to order — allow 5 to 7 days for crafting, then 2 to 4 business days to process. Delivery runs 8 to 12 business days depending on destination, with tracking sent by email. We don’t dispatch on weekends. Most customers have their frame within 2 to 3 weeks.

Plug the frame into your laptop via USB-C. It shows up as a drive with 9 folders. Drag one MP3 into each, match every disc to its folder number, then place a disc on the frame to play. Lift it off to stop.
